Chursin Victor Volodymyrovich (1951) was born in s.Stanichno-Lugansk region. Ukrainian artist of monumental and decorative art (paintings, mosaics, stained glass). He graduated from Lugansk State Art School (1968-72) and KhAII (1977-82), where he studied at B.Kosarev, A.Hmelnitskyi, E. Bykov. Member of the Kharkov Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1992. Lives and works in Kharkov.
