Born September 24, 1962 in Kiev in the family of graphic artist Vladimir Savadov, an Armenian from Baku. 1986 graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute. Member of the Kiev art group "Paris Commune". Works in the field of conceptualism. Represented Ukraine at the 49th Venice Biennale.
