Ihor Volkov-Tkachinskyi (b. 2000, Chernihiv) is a Ukrainian artist. He graduated from the Kyiv Transport University with a bachelor's degree in "Translation of Germanic languages" (2021). Has no professional art education. Ihor is engaged in painting and live performances.
