Bakaev Serhiy was born in Semipalatinsk, Russia. From 1947 to 1951 he studied at the Simferopol Art School. N.Samokisha at B. Bernadskiy, T.Kuznetsov, M. Kroshitskiy. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1961. Honored Artist of the Crimea.
