Ukrainian artist, designer, architect. He graduated from the Publishing and Printing KPI. I. Sikorsky (former I. Fedorov Polygraphic Institute), Faculty of Book Graphics. 
His father is the artist Vladimir Bizov.
His mother is Honored Artist of Ukraine, animator and director Natalia Chernyshova.
