Kholodniy Petro (1876-1930) -  - Ukrainian artist. Born in Pereyaslov in the Poltava region. He studied at the Kiev drawing school A. Murashko. He was one of the organizers and an active member of the Kiev Society of Enlightenment. Member of the Ukrainian Central Council from educational organizations in Kiev. He was a member of the Small Council. In 1917 - Minister of Education of the Ukrainian National Association. Since 1924 he lived in Lviv, was a co-founder of the Circle of Ukrainian Artists.
