Khrushch Valentin Dmitrievich (1943-2005) was born in Odessa. He studied at the Odessa Art School in 1960 with N. Egorov, Yu. Pavlyuk, T. Fraerman.

Together with S. Sychov held an unauthorized street exhibition of avant-garde artists in 1963.

In 1979 he participated in the exhibition "Contemporary Art from Ukraine", Munich-London-Paris-New York.

In 1981-1983 - a member of the creative union of artists on Yakimanka (Moscow). Held solo exhibitions in Moscow, Odessa, Kimry, Dubna.

The works of Valentin Khrushch are presented in the permanent exhibition of UNESCO in Paris, the Austrian National Museum (Vienna), etc.

From August 1 to August 30, 2009, the solo exhibition of Valentin Khrushch, "I was born and died in Odessa," was held at the Nude ART Gallery; from May 24 to June 23, 2018 - "Man creates a myth for himself."
