Ukrainian painter. Born in the village of Panyutino, Kharkov region. Graduated from KHI (1940). A student of the Ukrainian artist F. Krychevskiy. Member of republican and all-Union exhibitions since 1947. Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR. Laureate of the State Prize. T. Shevchenko. Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR since 1973. Author of portraits, landscapes, still lifes and thematic paintings. The works are stored in the National Art Museum, Berdyansk Art Museum, Alupka Palace Museum and many others.
