Vintayev Yuri Ukrainian watercolorist and painter. He graduated from the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute (1977-82), where he studied in studio of I.Karasya, V.Sizikova, V.Nenado. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1984.
